From folks like me, trying to sell you more stuff during the most wonderful time of the year.
As a business owner girlie, I feel the pressure to make a certain quota of sales during this season. But amongst the markets, online sales, and Instagram posts… I truly do get annoyed with how not-fun it is to be a contributor to the commercial noise of November/December/our general society. I don’t want to get too cynical in this writing space, but selling stuff can be a bummer!
But, I’m going to trust that amongst the seasonal craze and unintentional greed that can overcome us in this time, there are warm moments to fight for. I love hearing stories from folks at markets about how they bought one of my prints 5 years ago and still enjoy it. Or how someone gives one of my pieces to a loved one on Christmas day and they can say that they personally know the artist. I paint with the intention to brighten lives and bring comfort. I’d love to keep it that pure, but livelihood doesn’t grow on trees. I got to spread the word about this art somehow and try to sell it. Such is life, but my hope is that I can make my news-sharing as pleasant and painless as possible.

I’m finally bringing the Southwest to Savannah!
First thing’s first, I’m having an art show at Hop Atomica in Savannah on Nov 29th! I’m finally painting a series of work inspired by my solo trip in September. I’ve been marinating on the concept of beauty springing from nothing and want to encompass this idea as I paint these scenes.
Original work will be for sale at Hop Atomica from Nov 29th- Dec 29th, as well as some prints. Would love to see you at the opening reception!

If you’ve been subscribing for a while, you probably know about my neglected Society6 shop. You’ll also know that I sound like a broken record when I say that the beach towels truly are the best out there. I dare you to check out the gifty products they offer!!! They’ll certainly have sales this season.

I have many prints available on my Etsy Shop. Some are Savannah Maps, some are states, and some are cute floral girls being sporty. All prints are 25% off for the rest of the month.
